"HOW IT ALL STARTED"
TAI’MA’AÑAO (meaning, “No Fear” in chamorro), was inspired by the beautiful islands of Micronesia, Polynesia and Melanesia.
In the year of 2012; H&L -aka- Mr. & Mrs. TAI'MA'AÑAO, start their journey as first time business owners.
After getting terminated from her corporate job and finding out they were expecting their second child, they knew living off one income wouldn’t cut it.
Starting their venture in the clothing and footwear industry, they soon found out that it was easier said than done.
Although they had many supporters, the income from the business just wasn’t enough to support their, (now) family of four with sons, Jeramyah and Taiasi Losongco.
Henré would always say, “if I could barbecue all day and get paid for it, that would be my dream...” In the year 2016; with the guidance from their mentors, Dr. Mitchell & Terri Mays and the love from their loyal supporters; they made the leap of faith to started their journey in the food business, which is now known as, TAI'MA'AÑAO MANUNU.

Our businesses are built on the foundation of the love for our sons, Jeramyah and Taiasi Losongco. They are the reason why we push so hard to make it.
Our success wouldn't be complete without the hard work from our main team, Queennora, Queenemma, Catalina, and Grandma Tua. We also want to extend our gratitude to our angel investors, The Diego Family, for starting us off with the food truck funds and believing in us. Last but not least, we can't forget our incredible success coaches, Dr. Mitchell & Terri Mays for guiding us through this journey of entrepreneurship. We love each and every one of you.
